Once we selected the option he went right to work correcting them. He was very professional. Keith and Wayne did a great job repairing an exterior faucet replacement we had botched and had to have water turned off at the street. It took an hour to access a tight crawl space, replace broken line and install faucet we had attempted to do on our own. Won't try that one on our own again!
