Best Air Conditioner Service in Charlotte NC

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

Allan Pilotte arrived 3 hours earlier than our expected time, which was wonderful because our heat had been off for 9 hours! He was very nice, fixed the unit, and then explained the issue along with other items we did not know about. We would definitely request him for future needs, if that were possible.

Initially I was very satisfied with this company, they fixed a short in our AC unit after a previous company replaced a fuse only to have the unit go out a week later. However, we're sitting at just over a month out from their repair (they have a 30 day coverage, it's been 35 days) and our unit is out again. Because it's not covered, we had to make another request through our warranty, got this company again, and the soonest available appointment is 10 days out. Reading previous reviews it's clear that this delay is due to using a warranty.. extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the quality of repair and customer service of this company.
