D.R.Jordan Plumbing never returned my call to let me know if they could handle the job or not.

We had a leak and non working garbage disposal. The technician, Charles Brantley, was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the issue and made helpful recommendations on next moves to fix the issue. This was our first time but definitely will not be our last with Travis Crawford.

JP showed up on time and was very professional. He did a great job doing our seasonal maintenance and cleaning our heat pump. He explained the best settings for the setup at our location.

I've now used Roby on two different houses after going through multiple different electricians on various projects - all I can say is there is no one else that I would call now. Everyone I have worked with there has been prompt in responding, quick to turnaround quotes, get work scheduled, and most importantly, get it right the first time. Great work and look forward to the next project with them.

Was told a diagnostic fee of $69 would be the only cost to check out the unit. Spent 30 min to find a loose wire and charged me $181. I don’t like spending money without being asked if I want to spend it.
