Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! Travis Crawford installed my first HVAC system in April 2006 through another company, so it was an easy choice to call his company now. I was not disappointed. JD Laney and Jonathan Smith arrived on time, around 8:15 am, and set to work to remove my previous system [American Standard] which always worked great, and then installed my new Trane system. They were neat, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. . . super polite and I was totally relaxed because they were totally efficient and I knew they knew exactly what they were doing. They had everything done by 3 pm which is amazing and I can't say enough nice things about them. Now, I just have to pray that my Trane gives me the same wonderful service that my American Standard did.

Dispatched through home warranty company to repair A/C blower motor and control board. Work was done well, techs (required 2 visits, one on a Saturday after rescheduling Friday appointment) were on time and polite.
