I called ER Plumbing at noon today, a Saturday, and Will Ollivett arrived within 30 minutes. He was super courteous and plainly explained what needs to be done. Plus, he wore a mask, which I strongly appreciated. I’ve been a customer of ER Plumbing for many years and will happily continue to do so.

Brian replaced our water heater. He was professional, pleasant and personable. He was upfront without being pushy and listened very well. He was very timely and worked quickly without rushing. FYI - if you need an electrician I strongly suggest NOT calling Roby Electrical. I scheduled an appointment for the 2-story family room ceiling fan to be repaired. The lights all blink, so likely not just a lightbulb replacement. Clearly told the Roby operator that the room is 2- stories. Electrician showed up yesterday to basically assess the situation. He walked into the house with zero tools, flipped the lightswitch and nearly immediately recommended replacing the ceiling fan. He suggested three steps:
(1) today's meet and greet for $100
(2) a proposal for 2 guys to come with a tall ladder and determine what they think the problem might be for another $650 and
(3) a third visit of 2 guys to repair the issue (or replace the fan) for an untold amount.
