Had a leak in the hot water supply line beneath the slab floor in our town home. American Leak responded the same day we called and was able to locate the leak and suggest a repair that did not involve tearing up our wood floors and concrete...will save us a considerable repair bill. Raffaello was prompt and early with his service! We needed to reconnect our outside spigot with a water source, and he was able to complete it in 30 minutes. We can now water our back garden easily and set up a baby pool. So excited! Would definitely recommend and use again!

We have been long time customers for around 10 years. They are bathroom renovation experts and added a full bath for us on a slab foundation, not easy work. It has been a decade and the bathroom has performed flawlessly. I called 2 other companies and both quoted an incorrect technique with the wrong size pipe. Donnie told me in 10 minutes what needed to be done and performed the work on schedule and budget.

Since then they have replaced a waterline, added a pressure regulator, and fixed a frozen pipe for us.

Highly recommended especially for renovations.

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him! Helped me in a time of need. The water in my toilet would not stop running, I was afraid of the huge water bill that I will get... so i called these guys. They came same day, worked on it for about an hour, and fixed the issue. The price was right too. Call them if you are ever in a plumbing emergency.

Joe came out through my home warranty to repair a leak I had in my crawl space. He was fast in the repair and was incredibly nice!

Technician was here for 5 min total, walked in door i gave description of problem before we made it to the bathroom technician said to contact Moen for warranty/replacement part. Technician took one look at faucet and said he would come back to install after part received. Went to truck came back charged me $74, I asked how much it would cost to put part on after it arrived told $185, I asked if any discount for this visit could be applied for when they come fix with replacement part, answer was NO. Why was I asked on the phone what the problem was if it could have been assessed without having someone come out, the tech told me the problem before we got to the bathroom. I would have gladly paid the $185 for the fix. This is the second time I used Accent Comfort based on a recommendation. First experience with hot water heater was OK, this experience was embarrassing and more about making money. Will not use them again and certainly will not have them put the replacement part on for $185!!!!!!!!!

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

The Riverview technician installed a new disposal in our kitchen very efficiently and at a reasonable cost. We have had Riverview service before and it has been a good experience each time.
