Best Water Heater Tank in Charlotte NC

Chip and Joe were AMAZING. Arrived promptly and assessed and fixed our water heater in 25 mins. Also gave me future options for if we decide to install a new water heater since the current one is almost 20 years old. Will definitely be going back to Plumbing Connection for all of my future needs!

This is the second time using Service Pro Plumbing. As was my first experience five years ago, this family run business is responsive, courteous and professional. We set up a time window on the initial call and Will called to let me know he was on the way...early at that.
He did the removal and installation of the new faucet in short order, with attention to clean up as well. I would definitely be inclined to call them for any other plumbing needs that come up. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and friendly staff. We called with an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Chris arrived at the house within 30 minutes from our initial call. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes..a clogged plumbing line between the house and the street was causing our downstairs toilet to overflow. The price charged for the service was very reasonable and significantly less than we were expecting for an emergency Saturday service call. Chris also explained to us some additional potential issues that we may have with our outside plumbing lines due to tree roots and a low spot in the front lawn. He suggested a way that we could cost effectively troubleshoot the issue ourselves and if we needed him in the future to help replace plumbing lines and get the necessary permitting, then we could give him a call. We will definitely be using FATman for our future plumbing needs and will recommend FATman to our friends!!!

Antonio saved the day! He was fast, responsive and a joy to work with. Professional and on time, I am forever grateful for the work he did on my house when a pipe burst due to the cold weather. Thank you!!!

I was told that Chris would be a great plumber to work with and that he's an honest contractor and I couldn't agree more. Chris and Mac took care of a nasty leak in our living room ceiling and left the place cleaner than when they got here. They were very courteous and fair. Very thankful to have found an honest, reliable contractor.

They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.
