Best Sewer Repair in Charlotte NC

I called for an estimate on our water heater, garbage disposal, and a leaking toilet. They were on time, professional and gave us the help we needed. We did not use them for this job, as we were blessed with an angel who was willing to do the job for free.

We would never ask anyone to work for free, but this was a gift given to my family and we were thankful to all involved.

Tim Breault and his staff are great people and my go to plumbers, every time I have needed his help he has always been quick and efficient to respond and correct the problem at a fair price. They are professional, prompt and always discuss the issue and pricing before correcting the issue, I have also recommended him to many of my customers over the years and have always received positive feedback. After the cold weather in Christmas weekend, my sump pump froze and someOther damage caused a lot of issues in my crawlspace. Assigned the Company through CHW and were prompt in their first response. After the Technician left because he timed out (not a contractural term), and never scheduled a return. CHW was in contact and said they were waiting on a part to complete cleaning the drain out. Another call to the Plumber and I was told I ain't coming back. Now 3 days without an operational kitchen or laundry. The Owner was not very helpful and at times very rude and unprofessional. Would not let CHW assign them to your project if they try. Follow-up, hired another plumber who corrected the problem in under 30 minutes with a 50' snake which this business insisted did not exist.

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!
