Best Emergency Repairs in Charlotte NC

I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

Whole house was repiped (replacing durapex)! Riverview Plumbing did an awesome job. From the estimate to the completion (city inspection), Scott/Staff communicated and made the experience seamless. I would highly recommend Riverview Plumbing without hesitation.

I have had Fatman Plunbing for 4 repairs over the past few years from toilet repairs, new toilet installation and whole new hot water heater replacement.
They did a great job on all of this. Recently, my daughter called for a kitchen leak involving dishwasher, & disposal. They totally replaced all of the pipes and got everything working properly. Great plumbers!

Hands down one of the most professional service teams I've worked with. Service Pro Plumbing was very responsive, offered same day service at no extra charge, excellent quality work, and their prices were straight-forward, fair and reasonable. Contacted General Repair to do a dishwasher install and fix an electrical switch that originated from behind the dishwasher. Matthew is a pleasant guy, however:

Strike 1- Estimate included switch repair. Wasn t done. Excuse as to why was vague.
Strike 2- The install required a second visit the next day. A day in which we got no calls, texts, or responses to our calls as to why they didn t show up.
Strike 3- The install was not flush to the counter, which I didn t call about given my overall level of satisfaction thus far and the fact that initially it didn t seem like a problem but did eventually lead to.....
Yer Out!- A couple months later the top rack slides out when the dishwasher is opened. I contacted to have the issue resolved, which they were happy to do. For more money. No thanks.

Hired Dean to perform some indoor renovation work. Agreed on payment of 50% to start the work and the remaining after completion. However just at the beginning of the project (not even finished the demolishing work), Dean requested full amount to be paid to proceed the work. After I insisted that the remaining 50% to be paid after completion just as initial agreement signed, Dean pulled plug of the work. The amount of the work he completed doesnt even worth 10% of the project total cost. Pretty much lost my 50% of initial deposit. Be careful of this company.
