Excellent work today by the Breault team of Ray and Brian at my south Charlotte home. When my 20+ yr-old master bath commode would not stop trickling, they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was needed, installed the necessary new internal parts, and cleaned up without a hitch. All at a realistic price. Many thanks to Tim Breault Plumbing for a job well done. I plan to use them again when/if the need arises.

I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Tony arrived on time and was professional and kind. He told me what was going on with my outlet and said the wiring was loose so he fixed that and he left. Ten minutes later the problem came up again. I called Tony and he told me he would be there in 10 minutes. He checked all the outlets and found out there was a bad outlet/wire. He replaced it no charge and I could not be happier. I cannot say enough about Tony and Anna! They both provided excellent service at a very good price! I would recommend TOLINY to anyone with electric or plumbing problems!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

I have used Nathan and his team at Plumbing Perfection for several years. They have done everything from installing a faucet, to fixing bursting pipes in my house, to fixing a water main leak in my yard. I recommend him to my clients, friends and family. They all have the same response...He was wonderful, quick, knew what to do and a great price.
I would give him many more than 5 stars if possible. I will continue to recommend Plumbing Perfection to anyone who will stand still long enough to listen.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

These guys are great ! I had them out a year ago to replace my hot water heater and most recently to repair my wife's garden tub. Troy and Chris saved me several hundred dollars removing, rebuilding and replacing the water diverter in the garden tub, paying particular attention to the removal of the trim, panels and associated components that nothing was damaged and could be easily reinstalled without any signs of the service repair work. These guys are professional, trustworthy, experienced, and do excellent work. If you need any plumbing work you should really call Stephan first, CPP owner, as both he and his guys are the best.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and its employees. I originally called them when I was in need of a plumber because they were the ONLY company that could come out right away. The man was so nice he talked to me about the HVAC maintenance plan so I signed up. I've now used them to install a toilet which I bought from them. I also signed my mother up for their maintenance plan and used them to install her dishwasher. Every employee who has come through my door has bee so courteous and responsive. When you call you talk to a human. You are rarely put on hold. This company is worthy every penny. I'm so glad I found them.

Walt and JT’s Drain Service is absolutely amazing and if you need any plumbing work I highly recommend them! Very responsible, quickly completes all work and repairs, extremely knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced for the great quality of work and service.

A plumber who I can text and responds in a timely manner! Almonte Plumbing installed a whole house water filter and ensured that we knew exactly how to change the filter and UV bulb. He also did quality work for the backflow of our irrigation system. Whenever I have a question about a loose faucet or water pressure he takes the time to explain. Can't say enough good things. A nice guy who does quality work!

Assigned the Company through CHW and were prompt in their first response. After the Technician left because he timed out (not a contractural term), and never scheduled a return. CHW was in contact and said they were waiting on a part to complete cleaning the drain out. Another call to the Plumber and I was told I ain't coming back. Now 3 days without an operational kitchen or laundry. The Owner was not very helpful and at times very rude and unprofessional. Would not let CHW assign them to your project if they try. Follow-up, hired another plumber who corrected the problem in under 30 minutes with a 50' snake which this business insisted did not exist.

We have had 2 different companies come out and the city as well to try to fix our sewage problem. None of them were competent enough to fix the problem or even find it. Within an hour of being at our home Carolinas Finest Plumbing had the problem fixed. Wonderful service and very professional. I could not be happier! You guys are truely a blessing, thank you so much!

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.
