I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. For those out there reading these reviews Rose Plumbing was not only polite and understanding of the situation but responded immediately to help me out in a timely fashion. Tony is amazing! This is definitely his calling! My dad is a builder and was so impressed with his skill. No corners were cut, fantastic work! He even has his work inspected by the county at the end of the job to make sure it is completely satisfactory to code. Couldn't be more thankful for his time and care. Tony you are a rockstar! I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

We've used them twice, never a problem with service, nor pricing. Would use them again.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Toilet/bathroom had overflowed the day before thanksgiving with water from our washer. Called MD and they were out within an hour. Fixed the issue and even told us what to look for and how to fix ourselves. Offered to come out on thanksgiving if it happened again. Really nice, professional and will definitely (hopefully don’t have to) use them again for any plumbing issue.

I had a wonderful experience this morning with King Plumbing. The plumber arrived on time and took care of my leaking pipe. He was professional and completed the job and the price was reasonable. I am so happy to have someone I can trust for my plumbing needs in the Shallotte area!

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Very over priced. I paid $350 for them to cut a hole in my wall and cap off the leaking pipe. They didn't have the part to fix it and wanted to charge an additional $150 to go find the part.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.

PC Godfrey put in a exhaust system in my business in 2007 and I have not had a problem with my exhaust system at all and it is now 2021!!! That says something all by itself!!!
