We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

In my experience with my business and home these guys are always timely, polite and honest. They also do great work. I would recommend them for any job.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

Gus and Luke did a wonderful job modifying our cable wiring to the second floor. they took great care of our walls that were involved, just did a great job. I highly recommend them!!!!

Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. We hired Dmitry for extensive plumbing on a 1960s renovation project. Dmitry was great to work with, very communicative on what he was doing, and stuck to timelines. We continue to call him for other projects as they pop up. He’s hardworking, honest, and reliable.

They installed a pump in my house. The pump cracked after 2 months. They removed the pump and were to install a new one. Can Not get a call back or any communication anyone!! They keep telling Brandon plumbing manager will call me back. Still waiting!

Had a water heater leaking all over the garage. Called Riverview and they showed up on time, and quickly diagnosed as a faulty hose. Scott made the repair, cleaned up the water heater, and gave me some tips on simple maintenance for longevity. Very professional. If you need repair, call these folks. I now have a plumber to rely on.

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.
