Their team has helped us repair the following in our home - slab leaks, identify leaky pipes in the walls, replace and install RO system (as well as replace filters), replace two hot water heaters, repair and replace the PVC from the hose spicket to the auto fill for the pool. I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Called this morning because my water would not turn off from the valve this morning. Within a minute of me emailing for a quote I was called back. Francisco came out in just an hours time. He was fabulous. Cannot say enough about how amazing he was. My brother in law (Jeff) owns the house and just had to make a quick call to okay me authorizing work. Francisco was professional, clean, efficient and most importantly caring. He took the time to listen to what I had said, evaluated the situation and got back to me within minutes to give an estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner. I had installed a faucet just two days ago that turned out to be the actual problem (product defect) and even complimented me on how I installed it. Saying “that’s a hard faucet to do”. Francisco alerted me to other problems I had and said I did not have to fix them immediately as he understood I am on a tight budget. Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend.
