Frank provides quality service at very reasonable prices. We had him move 2 bathroom drains and relocate 2 water valves and a drain vent. He was able to get my job scheduled and completed within the week. He had everything he needed to compete the job on hand and he was able to complete it quickly and professionally. They came and worked on the leak the same day I called. The next day, a Saturday, the unit began to leak again. I figured it would be a few days before they would come back since it was the weekend. They came out that day and fixed the leak no charge and it hasn't leaked since. They stood behind their work no questions asked. They are trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely hire them again.

These people are horrible. Didnt finish the job broke my pipe while working and than demanding extra labor of $100 to put pipe in my toilet. Dont call these guys .

After a bad experience with another plumbing company here in the valley, I am happy to write this review for Lawson Family Plumbing. Jason called ahead and arrived a few minutes early. It was a relatively small job and he was in and out in no time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot speak highly enough about Second Opinion. I contacted them for an estimate to replace 28-year-old polybutylene piping in a two-story home with more resilient PEX and add a new water softener. Their estimate ended up being more reasonable than two competitors. Kyle also identified and explained other issues that had been jerry-rigged by the former owners and needed correction.

Once the work was scheduled, Tawni in the Second Opinion office was always quick to communicate or answer any questions. The courteous four-person team who performed the work didn't stop for two days. They use their time and yours efficiently.

In the course of performing the work, Kyle also found a serious venting issue with the HVAC air handler in the attic that presented a carbon monoxide risk. He fixed it that day at no additional cost.

These folks are professional craftsmen who know their business. I plan to use them for any and all future plumbing needs and recommend them to family members and friends.

Only item is that water heater is turned a bit so can not get a panel easily and not center on bottom water collection mat.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.
