Made an appointment with Top Notch Plumbing on Sunday for a disposal replacement on Monday @ 8:00 am. They were at my house at 8:00 am with a new disposal in hand and had the old one out and the new one installed in about 30 minutes.

We have an 82 year old house, and a significant portion of galvanized pipe that was badly deteriorating had to be replaced. After getting extremely high quotes from two other plumbers for a major plumbing repair, we called Second Opinion. We chose Second Opinion for the job not simply because they offered a competitive estimate, but because of the thorough assessment and explanation that their technician Charles provided to us. The repair job was completed yesterday, and we cannot praise this company enough. Throughout the day-long job, Charles provided continual updates as the work progressed & made sure we were informed of all aspects of the work being done. Charles was thorough, professional, personable, and he was extremely respectful of our home and our animals. After the bathroom ceiling had to be completely removed to get to a big section of leaking galvanized pipe, Charles made sure that every bit of ensuing debris was cleaned up. We have never had such a thorough clean-up after a repair job! On every aspect of this experience, we give this company 5+ stars -- the speed of response, the quality of the work, the professionalism and care of the technician.... we have tried several plumbers over the years, but we have finally found a plumbing company that we can feel 100% confident about. Had Robert come and work to convert our bathtub into a freestanding while we were getting the rest of the bathroom renovated. Beyond friendly, on time, and did great work. He'll be coming back to finish up a few things but it looks great!

We used WaterEx Plumbing to replace a outside shut off value and water spicket. Douglas Bennion did a fantastic job with a fair and reasonable price. When we need plumbing services again we'll call WaterEx. We highly recommend WaterEx Plumbing.

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

From the perspective of an ex employee: This company is a far cry from what it once was. Keith (the owner) hired me at $18/hr as the highest paid helper. There are multiple techs with more tenure that were making $16/hr. He explicitly said not to tell any other employees how much I was making. Anyway, as field staff I was told to milk customers for as much as possible. There are some good guys in the field but overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. Charging people for unnecessary repairs and pulling numbers out of a hat is the name of their game. Apparently graduating from BYU doesn't give you any morals. Hey Keith!
