I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced and he was able to come out the following day and install it. It looks great and works perfectly. Professional, responsive, knowledge and very fair. I will definitely be using this company again.

The Technician came out and did the job professionally. Didn't take any short cuts like prior Technician's have. Overall I would rank his job performance as a 5, with 5 being the highest.

Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.

My unit was 2 months out of my warranty date and they still covered everything!! What an honest and reliable company. I will be using their services as long as they’re available!

On Dec 06 2017 I found that my garbage disposal leaking, I searched on web, put service request on it. Next day King company called me on earlier morning and willing to help. I said that my job may be small, he said that it is we working for ( I couldn't remember original words), anyway, his attitude was very nice, I agree they sent person to look for .
When he came in, he said that it need to be replaced by new one. I asked price, first he said $455, then give me discount price $ 400, and only one year warranty, I asked for two years, he said No. I though it was so high, but I don't have any knowledge about disposal price, and very trust him, though the plumbing company always expensive than handyman, during this time, even another company called me asked the job, I said that I already got help, never thinking to compare the price. He was very skillful, half hour finish the job and did well. But later there was another plumbing company called me, I asked how much they charge for replace disposal, he said about $255 and two year warranty. I checked the price for the disposal which he used ( Badget % 1/2 Hp) , it is $ 99, also manufacture warranty is two years. So I spend $ 400 , if later parts failed with in two years even I could get free parts I still need spend another $400 to replace. I checked amazon that if you buy parts from it, it also offer very cheap price $ 111 to install ( this job handyman can do), and two years warranty. Another plumbing company price seems reasonable. King Plumbing price is too high.
