Best Hvac in Chandler AZ

This is the second time in a couple of months that I have had to use AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC and I have to say they were both excellent experiences. The plumbers that they sent were knowledgeable respectfully and friendly. Quality work done in a timely manner. I would recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing LLC.

Had the problem last night at 8pm.called at 830pm ,came out this morning at 9am,great tech fixed problem,would use them next time.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

This was the only place that could come out same day, Robert arrived on time was very friendly answered all my questions. Was able to fix my clogged drain, gave me tips on things I could do to continue keeping it clean. He really went above and beyond for me yesterday! Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber they are fantastic. Thanks again Robert!!!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Precision Air was able to schedule my surge protector installation and A/C cleaning and tune-up the next day. They had a monsoon special where both of the services were only $160 out the door, where previously these were quoted at $317 and $120 respectively, so it was a really good deal!Ricardo C was my technician and did a fantastic job, as he did the previous appointment. My AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far. The service person was very helpful and professional, and she was able to get someone to my house within a couple hours. I figured it would take a couple days, especially over the weekend. My technician arrived on time, fixed my problem and I was up and running within an hour. Love their service and definitely do the plumbing / HVAC service membership. It’s absolutely worth it. Thank you!

I've always only gotten Mike as my technician so I feel he kind of knows me and my family now...lol He has always been a huge help to us. I always can rely him and Emergency Air with any of my AC & Heating needs. Mike is very prompt and efficient with his work. He stayed to answer any questions that I had from the visit and made me feel knowledgeable about the service I needed. I also speak to Amy quite often from the office to schedule my service. She usually calls and reminds me of the service time, thank goodness because I can never remember when it's time 😉. And she's patient with my crazy schedule. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!Thanks Emergency Air! You all are awesome!

Terrible service. I have multiple rentals that I manage, and I am a DYI guy myself when i have the time so I know a bit about working with contractors and what things should cost.

I needed a coolant line cut and moved a few feet down. This was an easy but urgent job, as my contractor found this while removing a bathtub during a remodel. At first, they quoted me over the phone $800-$1500 (price to drill hole not included). They then route me to a technician who never called me back. Instead he texts me and agrees to come take a look at the job on the following Monday. Then, I get a text on Saturday, (2 days before the technician was supposed to show up) saying he can't do it as he can't drill holes. I told him that I'd drill the hole, i just need the AC line cut and reattached. His response At this time I would not be able to. Just got a few jobs that will keep me busy.

What?! What kind of company is this? I would attach the screenshot of the conversation as you can read that he clearly did not care, but it keeps getting flagged by the upload system. In the end, I got another company to do it for 900. They were excellent and showed up when they said they would. Imagine that!

Extremely satisfied with Kings Plumbing, Heating and AC - especially with Marc, my technician. Very professional and courteous and explained everything to me before he did it. Would highly recommend!
