The technician Kevin showed up right away and was very professional and was very knowledgeable explaining everything to my wife and I about the needed repairs and maintenance that needed completed. We agreed to his recommendations and are very thankful for this company and the professionalism we received.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Josh was amazing he came twice as he promised once we got Southwest gas on we didn’t realize that was the problem because I had turned the gas off not realizing that it would affect the heat because I didn’t want my mother cooking any longer so Josh was very understanding we got the heat on he came today as promised he got our heat on he did not give up we couldn’t be more impressed with his service your honesty and also you handled our plumbing, toilet issue beautifully perfectly, and we cannot be more pleased. I'd been having some issues with my unit and Emergency Air sent out Pat. Pat is phenomenal. He fixed my unit and corrected some issues from the other tech. Very honest and thorough. I've had Emergency Air for a couple of years and Pat is by far my favorite technician. I will request him from now on. He is definitely an asset to your company. WAY TO GO PAT!!!!!!!

Of course one of our AC units died when it was 110 degrees. Wheeler air conditioning came out to look at the unit that day. Our units were from the 90's and we knew it was a matter of time this would happen. My husband and I decided that it would be best to just replace them (knowing they were on their last leg anyway). Wheeler came out with new units first thing the next morning and had us up and running by noon. They were amazing, fast and professional! They helped us right away and made sure our home was cool for our family in the dead of the summer heat. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their AC units.

Jim of Mason Mechanical was not only on time but very professional and spoke to Caryn and myself in language we could understand. He has been in the business and long time and it shows! I would recommend Mason Mechanical to others based on the Company's ethics and more importantly on Jim Emmons knowledge and professionalism.

Jim made a call again today to finish the work on our Air Conditioner. We also added a Surge Protector and he showed us how he could save us a little money on the work he started on Sunday.

I recommended Mason Mechanical to my neighbor who also has a the same A/C as us and unhappy with his service people. He came down and met Jim and will call the company in the next few days and ask for Jim Emmons and will also be getting a Best Maintenance Agreement from Jim.
