Came out almost within an hour of making the phone call and were earlier than the time frame they gave. I called for water pressure issue and wound up getting all sorts of things taken care of. Very polite and intelligent.

Tate came out and was very knowledgeable, quick to assess the problem, give me a fair price and quickly made the repair and got my water back on and running!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Ripped off a new widow to fix her hot water heater. Charged more than a new cost, for an anode Rod and pin hole copper tube leak. $275 for each and then another $275 for a hose bib replacement. Will be contacting the BBB and AZ AGs office v

Reached out to Sam to have my AC inspected to ensure it was ready for the AZ summer heat. Sam was able to come out right away and provided such knowledgeable, honest, and friendly service. I will absolutely be using Sam for all my plumbing and air issues going forward!

Glen is a great technician. I called the office the night before. He showed up on time and worked with my home warranty to get everything done correctly. I really recommend his work . He was able to fix my broken ac same day versus someone else who took 3 weeks and he job was still pending. Glen needs to be recognized by his company. Way to go.I used ac medic again and as always I was 100 % satisfied . thank you plumbing/ac medic for making another customer happy. Problem solved and my house is back to be nice and cool.

I've worked with Emergency Air in the past so when my tenant was having heating issues, I called them to check it out. The dreaded news, I needed a new AC/Heat pump. Since I know nothing of AC units, I had a friend who is a AC specialist call Emergency Air's tech to hear first hand what the problem was. My friend agreed, it wasn't worth fixing and should be replaced. I got a quote from Emergency. Being cost conscious, I called a few other companies to compare prices. I wanted to be loyal to E. A., but only if the price was right. I was very pleased with the final cost. They were able to get the unit installed within 5 days as it was over the Christmas weekend. I am very happy with their service and willingness to meet my needs. I truly believe they are an honest company but you should still compare prices as they are NOT the cheapest. They do want to win, and keep, your business though.

Don't like the service.

Called Terry at King Plumbing on Tuesday evening and explained that our RO water system had a leak in the tank and we needed someone to install our new Filtration system for us.
To my surprise Terry said he could get on it at 8:00am the next morning. Terry was prompt, went right to the task and had it completed in less than 2 hours (including making a trip to pick up a fitting). Cleanup was completed and he suggested we keep an eye on the hose fittings for a few days to assure they don't begin to seep.
We have been very pleased with all Service and Employees at King Plumbing & Heating. I would highly recommend them for any service needs, including Air Conditioning.

They are the best at looking at your ac lying about what’s wrong and adding things that don’t need to be done. I had them out to look then another company that showed me I didn’t need half the stuff they were trying to do. Dishonest company stay away

Had a bad gas leak leading to pool heater. The three companies southwest gas referred, 1 never called me back, 1 had an outrageous quote and the last one scheduled with me 3 times and never showed. I started doing research and thank goodness came across ABC Plumbing. They sent out Wess the same day I called to get a free estimate. We scheduled work for the next day. He was extremely thorough and professional. Communicated with me through texts and sent me updates with pictures. I wasn’t even home the entire day he did the work. He replaced all the piping and valves. Couldn’t be happier! Do yourself a favor and contact ABC!

My AC was not cooling and Thomas was recommended by my home warranty company. They gave me an appointment 10 days from when we called. I am in Arizona and it is regularly over 100 degrees every day. I left messages to try and move up the appointment and was never able to talk to a person. Messages were never returned.

The guy was very professional, competent, thorough and friendly, got the job done on time and as promised.
