John (Water Heater Specialist) arrived within 2-hours upon receiving our phone call late in the afternoon. (I thought we would have to wait at least the following morning.) He was professional, courteous and technically strong. He had our new energy efficient water heater installed and working great within 2-hours. And, we received a follow-up phone call from John the next day to make sure the water heater was working well and met our expectations.

Robert and Dillon responded to my request for help when I discovered my water main had a leak with water flowing down the street. They were able to come by within a few hours, quickly determined the problem, picked up a few parts and fixed everything same day. I was prepared for a long weekend without water and a huge bill, but was happy everything was up and going with minimal cost! Thank you so much!!! Awesome company!! I had an ac AND plumbing issue .. They were quick to get out as soon as they could and were able to FIX both issues when 2 other companies had no idea what the heck was going on! And I found them to be VERY reasonable with their price !! Customer service with the office and communication with the technician was right on. I had a last minute A/C repair needed towards the end of the day, and Thomas Services was incredibly responsive and had a tech out in 30 minutes. Tyler S. was our technician, and was nothing short of incredible! We've had issues with our a/c unit two years in a row; each of those repairs clearly had not done a great job. Tyler explained the entire situation, and made it clear the steps that needed to be made to make sure our a/c unit is a well oiled machine moving forward. Not only was Tyler incredibly knowledgeable, but also very professional and thorough. He did not cut any corners, and made sure he explained the repairs so I (a person who knows nothing about A/Cs) had a complete understanding.
