Best General Maintenance in Chandler AZ

I had an emergency as I had water leaking and I did not know the reason. I called Top Notch and Gavin came out even sooner than they stated he would be able to. He was super quick to diagnose the issue and even took the time to speak to my home warranty company about the diagnosis. He was able to get the water heater replaced within an hour and I was back up and running again before the problem became a huge flood and larger problem. I would highly recommend working with Top Notch as they are truly, well, top notch!

Mark at Zippity split was awesome. I was able to text the company and they called me back right away. They set up a time to come to my house which was within hours on the same day. Exactly what we needed! He was able to quote on the job and finished the job quickly and efficiently! I would recommend this company to anyone in the future!

Had a little accident with a water line in the wall while installing a shower curtain. Kyle from Second Opinion Plumbing provided instructions over the phone to shut the water off and responded extremely fast (within an hour) and fixed the leak. Very friendly, professional and fast! My husband and I have used plumbing medic over the last few years and we are very pleased with their service. The other day we discovered that the garbage disposal that Plumbing Medic installed about 2 years stopped working. With my old one I was able to turn something under the disposal and it would unclog . I hoped the same thing would happen. However I didn't see anything on the bottom and Plumbing Medic had never given me a manual. I called them and they sent Jesse Sage down. He was able to unclog the drain by turning something inside the sink drain. Same idea but a different location. Jesse said there was no charge since Plumbing Medic never gave me an instruction book. Jesse then spent time explaining how to upkeep my disposal. Jesse was very knowledgeable and I would definitely request him for our next service.We find Plumbing Medic is a top notch company!!!

SUPERB SERVICE!!! We just moved into a new house and the cold water was coming out pretty warm. Also, our washer was only washing with hot water as well. Jeff came out and worked his magic in no time. He even called a few days later just to check on everything. He's a true professional and just a great person. I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

Our very first dream kitchen, exactly how I imagined it, except even more beautiful than I could have pictured. The design perfectly solved all our storage issues while still respecting the small space. We got the unique, high-end aesthetic we wanted, customized exactly how we envisioned, at a much more reasonable cost than if we had gone to a cabinets place or big retailer. They even took care of a few other unrelated minor home improvements we needed done while completing the kitchen. I had a lot of questions because I had never had a remodel before. Huey and everyone on the team patiently educated me and gave sound advice on every decision along the way, without any pressure or judgment. I love our new space and enjoy cooking again. I also love just sitting with my coffee every morning and admiring my kitchen from across the room. Thank you all for making this dream come true! We love it.
