Finding AZ Preferred Plumbing was the best part of going through our Home Warranty Plan!

I had to replace a garbage disposal and called Lawson. The service tech, Chris, was on time, neat and personable. I would recommend Lawson to others.

Vets came out when my septic tank backed up. The tank lid was not put on correctly and it caused it to collapse. Steve reset the lid and pumped out the dirt so we can use it. They are coming out Tuesday to seal the lid and install a riser.

Sam has come over several times and is terrific. He shows up on time, is professional, honest and most importantly, he gets the job done. Most recently, my 4 year old flushed a toy down the toilet which plugged it up. I tried using the plunger, using the toilet snake, yelling at the toilet, etc... and nothing worked. Sam came right out and had it diagnosed & fixed in under an hour. When he was done, I didn't even have to clean anything or throw anything away. Sam did all the work and cleaned everything up when he was done. Thanks Sam, you saved us, again.

We had a major sewage backup happen late on a Friday night that left us without a functioning toilet or shower, and a bathroom full of water. Chris came to the rescue! He was out to our house in less than an hour and got the line clear. It took a while and he had to go at it from both the clean-out and toilet line, but he made sure we had a functioning system before leaving. He also got us a follow up appointment to have the line scoped with a camera a couple days later since there was a trouble spot that was still present. Plumbing work isn’t cheap, but I at least appreciate that the money spent covered the full cost of the work, including the follow up.
