This company accepted our request for service early in the day and did not show up. We tried contacting them several times and received no response. We made it clear that we had no access to toilets, shower, etc. As a result, we had to go to a hotel for the night. We used another company that was very sympathetic and responsive to our needs.

We had Christian come in our home to replace the bathroom sink faucet & also our kitchen faucet. He did a great job 👏, I also must add he was very clean. Most people come in fix the problem but leave a mess behind, that was not the case with Christian’s work. We are very pleased to have had him service our home. Thank you Christian.
Christian was very helpful and very professional. He diagnosed the issue with the water pressure in my faucet and contacted the faucet company so that I could receive a brand new faucet. The best experience I’ve had with any appliance handyman and he comes highly recommended.

My kitchen sink had a leak, I thought it was the water lines but thanks to Christian he informed me it was the sink head itself. He promptly installed a new one with zero issue, would recommend and would return as a customer.

I called Summit Plumbing Pros today because our kitchen sink was backed up and I believe I had seen one of their trucks in the neighborhood previously. I learned that they are family owned and operated and after reading a few good reviews I decided to give them a call. I was able to get an appointment for the emergency, and got a lot of questions answered before the visit over the phone. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and helpful also. Dillon showed up and took care of the blockage very efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and professional. They will be the ones I call if we end up needing any additional services they provide in the future. I will also be handing out their business cards if I hear any of my neighbors or friends mentioning needing a plumber or if I need anything in the future they will be the first place we call. We are very happy with Summit Plumbing Pros.

Dillon easily diagnosed our plumbing problem and had a solution. It did require ordering a part and once it arrived, Dillon was back out to complete the repair. I would highly recommend using Summit Plumbing Pros.
Christian was amazing, I got summit plumbing contract assigned through AHS and they did great. They were on time and replaced the sink stopper which was broken and jammed. It was a small toilet area and had to do it patiently without impacting other things. Christian was very professional and did it very clean. I highly recommend Summit Plumbing.

My warranty company contracted Summit to come out for a claim. The woman who called to schedule told me I could buy any new valve & shower head and they would replace it, and I confirmed I didn’t need to check for compatibility and that it would be covered by my warranty company. The plumber comes out, nothing I bought was compatible and they would charge $380 out of pocket to install what I bought. They also didn’t have the cartridge needed to fix the issue with my showers. The plumber left, no one called to schedule next steps or let me know what was going on. I called and left voicemails on two different numbers I had for Summit, no one called back, and then I found a 3rd phone number. I’m justifiably irritated by this point, and a woman named Joanna answered. She was SO rude. She said she was going to call me back, and I did say “if you actually plan to call me back” because so far that hasn’t happened. She then snapped at me and went back and forth. I want nothing to do with this company and don’t want them in my home. There are too many plumbing companies to choose from to be spoken to like that and have communication fumbled so poorly.
Dylan was prompt and proffessional, he double checked all his work and was very knowledgable and thorough. Emergency sevice on a weekend was fantastic. Highly recommend.
I would give this company a zero if I could. No show, no call, on an emergency appointment. Poor customer service and wouldn't accept responsibility or a fix to the issue. Completely unprofessional.

The work was done well, but the technician showed up at 9:30 given that my window was 12 to 5 pm. I was sleeping and was unprepared for his arrival. It wasn’t a technical fault- he was given an 8-10 window. They need to work on communication within.
Summit Plumbing Pros did a great job on replacing my garbage disposal and fixing the link under my sink. They were knowledgeable and dependable. It’s a company that I will definitely be using in the future with my plumbing needs.
Summit was assigned through our home warranty, and I'm so glad. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Our water heater needed replacement and some modifications. Looking forward to a hot shower tonight.

I had been quoted a $10000 plumbing repair job by unknowledgeable plumbers or scammers and Christian was there to save the day. American home shield which I don’t recommend was at least able to provide me with summit to have the kitchen drain clog fixed. I highly recommend summit if you’re experiencing plumbing issues. Our guest bath toilet was running and would not stop. The shut-off at the fixture was frozen and we had to shut off water to the home. I am an American Home Shield customer, and they contracted with Summit Plumbing Pros. Since this was a moderately urgent matter, I phoned Summit. Greeted by an automated attendant, I left a message at 3:45 PM. By 4:03 PM I had a return call. Summit could schedule service for the next morning with a window between 8 a.m. and noon.
The next day, the plumber, Christian, phoned to say he was on his way at 8:59 a.m. He arrived within 10 minutes and fixed my toilet in less than half an hour. Christian was professional and efficient.
I was very impressed that Summit responded so quickly with a brand new home warranty customer. I can't say enough positive things about Christian and Summit. I will ask American Home Shield to use them for all my future plumbing needs. I fully recommend Summit Plumbing Pros.

These guys are GREAT!!! I had a shower pressure issue that 2 other plumbers looked at and couldn't/wouldn't fix. The techs from Summit that came out to my house listened to my explanation, explained what the situation most likely was and had my shower pressure fixed and up and running in 25 minutes. I will definitely be calling them in the future should the need arise.

On time and very professional
I reached out to Summit for my rental house for 2 toilet leaks. They were responsive and scheduled immediately. They repaired one and installed a toilet in the other bathroom. Then I called them again to repair sink leaks. The plumber was knowledgeable and able to detect the issues quickly and fix it on the spot. Quality, straightforward easy service just how I prefer it!

This review is for the most awesome Christian. He put my water heater. When it was discovered that it was a burst pipe that caused us to lose water, Christian was able to fit us in in between appointments. He stayed to make sure the hot water worked and that there was no more leakage. Christian is definitely the best thing about Summit Plumbing.

Technician Christian Keller showed up to determine why our 2021 water heater that was installed in 2021 (in a vacant house that was on the market for 18+ months before we bought it 4 weeks ago) wasn’t delivering hot water into the house for longer than 2-3 minutes.
He looked at it and immediately knew what was wrong, suggested the best course of action, which was to replace or remove a heat mixing valve that was installed upside down, which for three residents wasn’t even necessary - so we had him remove it and secure the repair.
He did a fantastic job and represented both himself and Summit Plumbing Pros equally well.
We will have a full HOT shower now for the first time in 4 weeks. No more NAVY showers! Can’t thank you guys enough.

American home shield sent out AM/PM plumbing is such a horrible company, (I actually have hired a lawyer too go after them, if anyone would like to add their experiences please contact me I also have cameras in my garage with audio which has saved me me regarding my water heater, & have the company they originally sent out drylux for pedestal damage & AM/PMs tech, the drylux employee told me that the water heater definitely went out & needed to be replaced as it’s from 2007, AM/PM sent them out saying that they needed to come out first to check for water damage before they could install water heater, Drylux employee said they would need to drain the water heater & disconnect & remove to do the pedestal underneath, which I had done, the next day the am/pm employee came & saw the water heater on the ground & said it definitely needs to be replaced & said they won’t cover it though because it’s been uninstalled & they can’t diagnose, however they were the ones that said I had to disconnect for further damage & for pedestal. Summit plumbing came out Confirmed it wasn’t working & they said they would replace then they lied to to American home shield even though I have it on camera If you look on BBB they are getting destroyed for same issues. Needless to say American home shield wouldn’t cover it because it needed to be reinstalled, so I just ended up buying one myself & had a company put in stay away from this company

I had another plumber service come to my house first and they made the situation worse. My toilets were worse than before they came. I called SUMMIT PLUMBING PROS and they sent Thomas Aguilar. Thomas is a professional and polite guy he did amazing work, if I could give him 20 stars I would. I intend to tell all my friends and neighbors about the wonderful work you do. Very professional, haiden was a nice man, and did exceptional work on my hot water heater and got it working very quickly.
This is the way to go with any plumbing needs. A broken faucet that we were unable to turn off. SUMMIT was able to get a great technician (Gilbert) to our home quickly. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to give me good news and got water going through the house again. I would recommend them for plumbing issues and if you Gilbert as your Tech, you are in good hands.
Terrible miscommunication between tech and insurance dispatcher. My repair got denied due to the technician not properly adding detail in his notes. Company were no help they were not even wanting to go back in the notes to correct the problem. Even if something is finalized with the wrong Information. as a business you guys should of still reach out to the insurance to let them know the mistake and get this problem resolved. But you guys were no help at all.
Christian was amazing inspected the toilet and knew exactly what was wrong and replaced everything and tested everything before leaving definitely recommend them to anyone who need plumbing repairs
We have First American home warranty and they sent out Summit Plumbing to help us with our garbage disposal that stopped working. Dylan was extremely friendly, gave us a call ahead with his estimated arrival time, fixed our disposal, and showed us how to fix the problem if it happens again. I highly recommend them!

My toilet had developed a mysterious leak, and I took the opportunity to replace the toilet and a faucet that I also disliked. I looked for plumbers on Nextdoor, Google, and Yelp - Summit's name kept popping up with positive reviews. I will add mine: Thomas came out and completed the work professionally and quickly. He made sure that I understood what he was working on, and cleaned up after himself, and followed up with me before leaving. Summit's pricing was competitive and fair. I will be calling them should I need any work done in the future.

Saw him twice because landlord had to approve for my house rental. They come when they say they're coming. I think it's very fair pricing. I thought it would be like a 2 hour deal...nope he was done in like 20mins. The woman who answers the phone is also awesome. I would use them again for sure. Zero complaints!
