We are doing a total curbless walkin shower remodel. I had to hire 2nd Opinion after Tawney who took my call was so upbeat and friendly I immediately felt this wasn't a corporate organization this was a family operation and they care. Brian came out soon after on time, polished & wearing a mask (other plumbers did not). I have to admit I didnt know what I wanted and where to put it but he took the time to thoroughly explain everything even giving me some better ideas. A week later was surprised to find he himself would be doing the work with a helper. I observed he is very careful with tasks at hand and treated his helper with kindness, respect and yet authority. Answered my million questions without irritation and even gave hubby some how to tips that were greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, price was very fair for all the work they did also left the place cleaner than when they came.

Have used these guys a couple times before for minor things in the last 15years that we have been in our house. This time, the 50 year old sewer pipe out the the street disintegrated. They came out and put a camera down and figured out the problem, quoted us a decent price, painful, but decent. They came back the next day and started the work, took three days to complete. The crew was amazing and professional, they worked well together, treated each other with tremendous respect, knew what they were doing and got right down to business. Thanks to Chris, Cameron, and Thomas, and all the other guys who came to help with the new pipe. You made a terrible situation bearable, and fixed our problem quickly. Can't say enough how impressed we are with this crew!!

WOW! Talk about quick response and professionalism! Rich, the Owner, personally called us back and came out within 20 minutes of calling him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and already had the materials in his truck to stop the leak, fix the pipe, repair the damage, and clean up. He was efficient and reasonably priced. I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Was called over by our warranty company about a leaking water heater, said he had worked with our warranty company many times in the past and was able to replace and install a new water heater (the current one was too far gone) in about an hour and a half. He was great, super nice, knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Our ac went out. I called and left messages for over 6 companies. Only 2 called back and wanted to charge extra fees due to it being Sunday. I called precision air and they came out did the work and left. Josh was very professional and was able to fix out issue! Recommend them over all other since they answered the phone when we had an issue and did not make us wait days to get an ac repaired.

Driving down the highway and get cut off by truck number 230 as I pass him he gives me dirty looks and keeps throwing his hands up and trying to point me over to the side of the road to fight. Driver follows me for 2-3 miles with his window down taunting me trying to get me to pull over. I would not use this company, very unprofessional!

Called to get an appointment to have the humming fix thats coming from my other bathroom and to have some plumbing shut valve fixture installed. He was able to squeeze me in, in his busy schedule- arrive on designated time- worked methodically and resolved all my problem including diagnosis another issue that actually affects the efficiency of my water softener- great job.
This was not the first time I called for his services. He did an excellent job as well with installment of my reverse osmosis- very informative. This is the very reason I went back and called him. Hard to find a great plumber that would be upfront to you!!!

I had an excellent experience with Simply Better Plumbing and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future. First, Louis came out to give a quote. I have had multiple companies out to fix my daughter's shower. Some of them talked about searching for hard to get new hardware and some said we would have to rip out the whole shower wall to fix it. Louis looked at it, determined that it was still in working order, tightened it up and got it working within a few minutes!!! And this was just while he was out for a quote. To think that the other companies would have gladly taken hundreds of dollars and done drastic work that didn't need to be done made it a no-brainer to choose this company.

On the day of the work Louis came and tackled the jobs. There were some complications and he stayed for hours until it was working and everything was fixed the way it should be. His dedication and attention to detail was excellent.

I am glad to have a plumber on call that I know will be fair, honest, and do good work.
