Best Family Plumbing in Chandler AZ

I was having issues with my hot water heater. I thought I’d have to get a whole new one after the first guy who quoted me came out. Something was telling me to get a second opinion. I had Josh from Kings of Plumbing come out and turns out it was a really quick and inexpensive fix. He saved me hundreds. Call him for a quote/ second opinion!

Mark, at Top Notch is the only plumber we have used since moving into our new home 6 years ago. Every time has been perfection. No need to search out a different company.

I used to have Rodney as a plumber from Lawson and he was great, but their new plumber they sent out was impolite and poor service. I won't use them again.

We have quite a unique review - while we didn’t utilize them for our AC repair due to home warranty constraints - we would and will for any future repairs based on our interaction with them today.

From the moment I called and they answered the phone to our appraisal - Hansen family is top notch. 5 star customer service all the way!

We are in a pickle with our home warranty company (American Home Shield - don’t use ever) as they denied our claim on a inspection that miss-diagnosed our AC issue. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion from a reputable company and all of the positive reviews led me to the Hansen Family. They came out first thing the following day from when I first called. John was on time, polite, and cordial. He took the time to look at our AC unit, including the issue the other AC company said was the problem - went outside and tested the Freon and cooling and found the true issue. He was very informative and explained the issue and quoted the repair and offered to fix on the spot.

If the repair was not as big if an issue as it is we would have done right then and there. However, due to the problem we are stuck fighting with our home warranty company.

However, we are due for new units soon and will definitely use the Hansen Family. In additions to any repairs that need to be done as they have 5 star customer service!

Whether it’s initial responsiveness, customer service, setting appt timing specs that he is able to meet, Curtis does a fantastic job in all aspects of his business. Highly recommended.

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. I reached out to various plumbers (6 in total) to resolve my low water pressure to my house. All of them were quick to respond to set an appointment. Now I knew the issue I had was more than likely a simple fix.....and it was. However this company didn't reach out to set an appointment right away. Instead they asked me a couple simple questions and for a couple pictures of the water lines to my house. They coached me on how to fix it (using the yelp app to message me btw) and for less than 10 dollars and screwdriver my issue was solved.

This company could have done what the others were trying to do by trying to set an appointment, and honestly I would have just picked one and been happy paying. However they chose the route of helping me troubleshoot it and solve the issue myself which is awesome. To that, I will say is a testament to how honest this company is. They could have just showed up and charged me but they took the non profitable route and help me fix it on my own. Kudos to this company and glad there is still people out there that arnt so easy to make a quick buck. Thank you!
