I contacted Kevin last week about a disposal that wasn’t working and a toilet leak. He set up a time to come by, was responsive and gave me real time updates on arrival! He fixed the disposal and didn’t even charge me for it (the blades weren’t spinning) and gave me an estimate on the toilet prior to working on it! He was so professional and fast! He even disinfected the bathroom area FIVE TIMES! He also wore a mask the entire time and was nothing but professional and courteous. I won’t be using anyone else from now on and highly highly recommend them!

Copper Point did a great job installing a gas water heater for me. They came when agreed, replaced the pan and water shut off valve as part of their regular service, hauled off the old unit, and generally did a very clean and professional job for a very reasonable price. Added bonus, they identified why my existing hot water recirculator has never worked correctly. Thank you!

Kevin did not disappoint, he was responsive, on-time, and completed the work in a timely manner. We had several quotes from some of the giant plumbing contractors in town, but Kevin's price and service was way better. Copper Point is our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

On time. Very fast exchange of an old water heater for a new one. Very welcoming service.

I am not going to bore you with all the details, but to summarize things Kevin came out and accessed my situation(I woke up to a flooded closet). I was expecting bad news, such as busted pipe under the concrete slab since that is what it looked like, but Kevin wanted more proof of where the leak was coming from. He troubleshot further and found out it was just the dishwasher started leaking in the back of the tub. I guess the slant of the house caused the water to collect 10ft away at a different wall than the dishwasher was actually on. Thanks for the great service, and showing up on time!
