Happy staff on the ball

So, A/C main board went out during summer time at my new home. Called late after hours to emergency line, someone was dispatched. Told him what was going on, climbed on the roof. Found a number of things Jimmy Rigged in the wirebox, and also that my board had died. He took the time to fix up the wirebox to a better standard, and got the unit running so we had some relief. All in all, very grateful. Only downside was that the replacement board was nearly a grand to swap. Now the replacement board only costs like $120 from OEM replacements stores. So most that is going to be the install charge. The labor seems high, but the company has to pay their guys and make a profit. Understandable with the way this country has gone the last two years with inflation and supply chain.

Our Hot water heater went out last night and by early morning I was calling Plumbing businesses. Although the Medics were not the first I called, they WERE the first to arrive to give us a quote. The price was so good I couldn't pass it up. Cancelled the others. Within two hours we had hot water again and Mike even hauled off the old one free of charge. Great Job!

I LOVE this company. About a year and a half ago I first contacted them and they were able to keep my very old AC running a bit longer which I needed at that time. It finally died and I needed help ASAP because I'm elderly and disabled and I have small dogs. They got to me right away and installed new unit next day. Everyone that came out was great. Jake was the one doing all the finishing up work. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and patiently answered all my questions. A consummate professional. Terry, Fred, and the guys came out within a couple of days of my estimate to install a two-stage Trane split system (condenser, coil, and gas furnace) that most companies in the valley told me they could not acquire. They accommodated me on short notice, and they installed the latest ecobee smart thermostat (with room sensor) at my request. Everything is working great, and I can see that the thermostat is showing accurate readings including whether stage 1 or stage 2 cooling is being used. Will do future business with King Plumbing and recommend them to my friends!
