I've used Precision Air for years and always had a great experience. When my A/C stopped working, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Tim was on time and professional as well as friendly. He explained things well, walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. All in all, it was a great experience.

First of all, they scheduled us for today which was great. However, there is a $39 charge just to show up at your home. Our particular job was to simply replace an existing kitchen faucet. We purchased the new faucet from Home Depot. The technician told my wife it would be $439 to replace the faucet.My wife said that is outrageous and told him NO. $439 to remove the existing kitchen faucet and replace kohl it with a new one is total price gouging! My appointment was scheduled for between 8am and noon. Received an on the way call around 8:45, James arrived soon after 9am and started checking things out. He diagnosed low refrigerant, added more, switched on & waited to make sure that the system was working properly again. Thank you, James, cool again!
