I called Frederick ans sons, when my hose pipe brought off the house, and the water was splitting out everything. Dear ErikI wanted to write you and tell you many thanks.Your company replaced a broken air conditioning unit recently for my family home. I had plane tickets to fly out of town for vacation 2 days after my unit was leaking water into the house.When I saw that water leaking into our hallway. I understandably freaked out. But, somehow, Precision air was able to get a unit installed before I flew out. I would say that in the summertime in Phoenix, replacing an air conditioner that fast was an outstanding effort for my home.Unfortunately, the unit installation was somewhat awry, and caused a problem. Precision Air fixed this with an incredible amount of work, including a crane and ductwork at no charge to us. I think that is outstanding and shows that Precision Air is a company that stands behind their work and is truly customer service oriented. I’d like to say that I was impressed with Guy (don’t know his last name) and his helper. They were amazing in efficiency and helpfulness during the repair work.I will always be a fan and customer of your company and you can be sure that we will tell everyone about what a great job you did.Thank you so muchBill Woodson

We were referred to this company by a friend, and they were quick and easy to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable technician(Brad was the technician both times). Just cancelled our Goettl membership, and will now be using Wheeler for all our plumbing and air needs!

Downstairs ac went out, called my home warranty company and they gave the job to king. Day and a half later they sent a tech out, he replaced a capacitor and batteries in the t-stat, working, great, didn't check freeon, okay it's working so no biggie.

Came downstairs this am, less than 24 hours after it was repaired. Not working again, I called them back left a vm. They called back saying sorry, they don't roll trucks on the weekend and won't be able to get to us till Tuesday and won't put us to the front of the line even though it's a come back call. I will never use them again.
