Great service all around! Easy booking, fast arrival, polite and efficient service technician (Devon). I called them this morning shortly after 9am after being stood up by another company last night (who said they were on their way and then never showed or called - they called me back at 7 this morning...uh, no thanks!). As it turns out that was a good thing for not only me (because I got great service), but also for Mr. Rooter as...I work in the home services industry and get a few calls a week regarding plumbing work which we don't offer. I will be referring all of those people to Mr. Rooter after my great experience with them. They arrived within 1 hour of my call and Devon was great, really went the extra-mile. I've been in the contracting business for thirty years and was a plumber for the first ten of those years so I know a well trained technician who's happy to work for his company when I see one. I typically rent a rooter machine and do it myself when the need arises but didn't have the time this go around. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to do it for myself again but now I think I'll just call them instead! Great job Devon and the Mr Rooter team!

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

We’ve been using Precision Air & Plumbing for over 20 years and wouldn’t use anyone else.Today, Dalton arrived and was able to determine that our disposal was leaking. He was pleasant and took care of putting in the new disposal and made sure we had proper clamps for the dishwasher extension. It was quick and so easy to work with him. I have not needed a plumber in decades, so I was apprehensive in engaging an unknown. Call was answered within seconds, I explained what the clog was and they gave me a same day appointment! That was already awesome, but when Kevin showed up it got even better. Kevin was prompt, courteous, explained everything he was going to do and then did a successful job. Came back later with a camera to look at the enntire drain from the house. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with Wheeler Air Conditioning. Our ac wasn’t working and it was 106 degrees outside. We called Wheeler and they had the technician Cody out to our house within an hour. We are very happy with the timely response and they didn’t take financial advantage of the unfortunate situation we were in.

We have used KING Plumbing a few times at our office. We discovered some water leaks in our kitchen at home and they came out right away. They repaired everything and fixed some terrible work that a previous person had done. I trust them and would refer them to anyone. Thank you guys!

Not impressed with this company at all. A new Trane AC unit was installed by Mason Mechanical on April 2014. Less than 4 years from the installation a blower motor stopped working and had to be replaced. Even with part warranty it costed me $500 for the repair. Yesterday AC started to blow a warm air. Called Mason AC company for a repair service. A technician came out and told me AC was leaking freon but could not identify where the leak was. I had to pay additional $200 for leak search on top of $125 service call. A tech initially told me it would cost $1,700 for repair. When I asked for more info about the cost he called his supervisor and came back with about $1,200. Technician said warranty was not applicable at all for this kind of repair. Called another company for repair and a technician from that company said it was very easy to find where the leak was coming from. Anyway, something must be wrong with this AC unit installed by Mason. How can a new Trane AC have so much problems? Less than 5 years from the installation I have spent over $2,000 for AC repairs so far.

I have used this company several times for plumbing issues. Once when I had a leak from the water bib, they replaced the entire thing for a very reasonable price and the work was perfect. Second, a water heater leaked, they cleaned it up and replaced it same day. It's great to know there are service providers like this still left.

Not upfront with pricing. They sent a technician out and was quoted $289 for a standard clogged toilet. Sent them away after paying a trip charge of $29. Called another plumber 5 minutes later and got upfront pricing of $99 with no trip charge (same day service). My own fault for trusting them on fair pricing. Should have called 1-2 other plumbers.

Called around noon and they were at my house that afternoon. I think the price is a little higher than some handyman/unlicensed guys but I was willing to pay a little more and have it done right this time. James didn't upsell me on unneeded work and they didn't mess up my brand new tiles. I have peace of mind that my bath fixtures are not leaking behind the wall. I learned the hard way that if you get someone cheap who claims they know what they're doing, you will end up having the work done over by a licensed professional. Save yourself the $$ and aggravation and call James who happens to be a master plumber.
