Best Water Leaking in Albuquerque NM

On a five (5) point scale we give Shawn and his colleague a six (6). They came on time, followed COVID protocol, and did a great job on installation. They started with an evaluation of the condition of our boiler and what options we had. This meant three (3) bids and a time-line to effect the change. Detailed explanations and answering of questions followed. Susan and I were given time to talk it over and decided on upgrading the surrounding hardware but keep the boiler. Within an hour they were back with the materials and had everything installed and running great by the end of the day.

I called Four Star last week and asked if I could get an estimate on how much it would be to replace a flex duct heater crossover under a mobile home. The home is a 30 minute drive west of Albuquerque, so I was told they would charge me $100 for the estimate because of the drive. I agreed on the price and made an appointment for today 1/9/23. Today the technician called me and said he was getting ready to head out to do the estimate. He said the clock starts now. When I told him that there was a flat $100 charge for the estimate he told me to call the office. When I called the office, they informed me that the price is now $200. $100 for the drive and an extra $100 for an hour of labor to do the estimate, which would only require a tape measure and 5 to 10 minutes. When i questioned the additional charge, Evelyn responded by telling me that I obviously do not understand the service industry. At that point I politely canceled. Such a waste of time.

Go Green installed an HVAC system for us, They were polite, on time and always called to tell us they were on their way. The system works beautifully. They even fixed a completely unrelated issue while in our home just because they could. I highly recommend this company. The cost was thousands of dollars less than the companies that advertise on TV. Do your homework before engaging anyone to do a big job. There is a small issue with the thermostat but I'm confident that will be handled as quickly and professionally as the rest of the job - they will be our go to plumber for everything our home needs in the future

Thomas, the younger, nice tech arrived first, later Adan sauntered in w a smirk, put his Starbucks on my table, told me after $113 worth of time that I needed $340 gas valve, $340 , just for the part. Plus $113 I paid today. I asked them to go. Feeling fleeced for $113, at this point. Also, just noticed they left the glass cover off the furnace, replaced floor grill, but not gas cover, leaving furnace/pilot light/burner open to the room! .....Post script- 11/11/21 Just had my furnace fixed by Rocketman Plumbing within a half hour visit. It just needed a new thermostat, which All Out Plumbing' Did Not Check, before telling me that I needed a ,$340 gas valve.....
