Rocketman Plumbing Plumber
(09June2022) First-time customer of Rocketman Plumbing Services and they performed superbly!

Contacted Rocketman Plumbing 6/7/22 in need of an appointment to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Ms. Di was able to schedule an appointment for me only two days later!

On the day of the appointment, Service Technician Carlos called me by phone to let me know he was able to arrive earlier than expected. Heck yeah!! Let's get it done!

Mr. Carlos was skilled, professional, courteous and efficient! He wasted no time installing the kitchen faucet, explained Operating Procedures for my new Koehler hands-free kitchen faucet, left the work area clean and, even, completed the work in just under an hour! OUTSTANDING!

I really appreciated getting an up-front estimate of the cost of the project from Ms. Di before I agreed to have the work done. I'd called around Albuquerque (before contacting Rocketman Plumbing) and SOME plumbing services would not give a quote until the plumber was able to see how extensive the job would be. Even then, if I decided the on-site estimate was too much to pay and didn't want the work done, there would STILL be a fee required for the technician to just 'show up'. Bummer!...

So glad that I stumbled on to Rocketman Plumbing Services online! I couldn't ask for a better end result and will continue to patronize Rocketman Plumbing for future needs!

The..ONLY...glitch I experienced was that my Receipt of Payment was emailed to the WRONG email address. Because only one single alphanumeric character was mistakenly omitted from my email address by Rocketman Staff, that Electronic Receipt (most likely) went to another (unknown) email recipient that may exist. Now, because my name, address and other information concerning my credit card was sent to the WRONG person, I'll need to cancel my credit card and have another issued. Hopefully, this won't become 'messy'...

Thanks, again, Mr. Carlos! YOU made the difference, Sir!

Shannon Rushing was my technician today,. He showed up very clean and organized. He truly stepped out of his comfort zone to help me out. I had a water leak outside in my front yard, his expertise had my leak diagnosed and fixed in no time. I was so impressed I had to make a Google review. I am turning to TLC looking for Mr. Rushing for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you again Mr. Rushing!

R & R Heating & Air Conditioning Plumber
R & R Plumbing replaced a hot water heater in my basement for me last week, did a great job, which passed inspection by the city with no problems this morning. The plumbing team were prompt, courteous, and clearly knew their business.

The reason that I only give them four stars is that they came back the next day to check out some of the duct-work because there were holes in it, and they weren't sure whether or not a lot of duct-replacement work would be necessary. Happily, it was just that small section, which took literally ten minutes to replace -- and then they presented me with a bill for $148 for that little job: 2 men, 10 minutes. These were the same guys who'd told me that if the inspector demanded that they insulate the new duct work, it would take half an hour and cost $55.

So no discounted rate for a follow-up visit for me, apparently, presumably because I hadn't asked for that beforehand. I paid, but I called R & R to protest the size of that second bill. The man I spoke to was, I think, the owner, and he was rude and uncooperative: Would you like it better if they'd taken an hour? is NOT a customer-friendly response to $148 for ten minutes' work seems very high I was angry enough to come here and post about it, and I'm still angry. That's no way to run a service business!

In fairness, though, the plumbers themselves were prompt, responsive, and did good work. I would recommend nailing down the price for any follow-up work on the spot before having them come back to (as in this case) do a small bit of work to complete the job. And when you call to speak to them, ask for Corey, their usual phone person. She's as friendly and professional to work with as the tech guys.
