I had a leak that appeared in our living room that required me to shut off the house water. The Wagner operated took my information at 7:25 am. By 8:30 am I had a tech scheduled to arrive by 9:00. My two techs, Jack and Dave, were prompt, efficient, friendly and very professional. They explained everything as they went and got the problem identified and repaired and were cleaned up and on their way by 10:15. I am very impressed with the quality of service Wagner provided and will call them again for any plumbing needs.

I requested an estimate be completed at my parents residence for refrigerated air. The employee who came out, was rude, judgmental and treated us as if we couldn’t afford the job. He never sent me the estimate. And the estimate was completed about a month ago. Well I ended up going with TLC. This company lost business. Poor service. Would not recommend

I had a burst pipe in my front yard. I had worked with a previous plumbing company which was not a good experience. I found this company by googling and I contacted them to discuss the issues we were having. They were able to get Chance to my property and figure out the cost of the repair quickly. The pipe was fixed within the same day. Wished I would have went with them to begin with. It would have saved me money and headaches.
Also, they had to go through flagstone in my yard, they put it back together very nicely. I wasn't left with a mess! This was all taken care of while I was out of state. They kept me informed and in contact the whole way. Thank you for everything!

Jonathan Molinar was outstanding! He explained that a replacement nozzle I’d provided wasn’t going to work, and gave us options to fix the issue. We ended up getting a new kitchen faucet, and we love it! He also addressed another issue and fixed that, as well. He was such a professional young man and very knowledgeable. I won’t use any other company. TLC has done a lot of past work for us, and we will always turn to them first!
