The guy that came was awesome. Super fast. super nice. Felt embarrassed with all my measly attempts to help which made it all worse and made it so i had to call the plumber. He wasn't judgmental and was friendly which i really appreciated in the time of need.

James came out and did a camera inspection on our sewage system and explained everything to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice! I will definitely ask for him should I need additional work done!

Gave us a quote and then lied to try to increase the charge. Guy went on a rant, calling our real estate agent a liar-until the seller’s agent provided documentation to prove Guy was lying. Then he walked out on the job halfway through.
They screwed us over so badly that the seller’s real estate agent went to their office to pick up our refund check even though we had already closed and she had no obligation to us any more whatsoever. She just felt so badly about how terrible Guy was.
Also terrible service and hard to get a hold of throughout the process before they came over, told us they couldn’t do multiple things that future plumbers did no problem, all before they lied to us, etc.

Very capable and knowledgeable person, who did a fine job . He explained things about the new water heater and left the area clear and clean. Definitely going to have him back as other needs arise .

Shanon explained what the problem was. He told me my options. He showed me the cost. He installed the new water heater with efficiency and was through. Excellent job.
