Steve at Kastle Plumbing was the best! Prompt, professional, courteous service. He searched for the right hot water heater when all regular suppliers places were out. He found one, came back that evening and installed it! Great job and done! He's a wonderful guy to talk with, explains everything thoroughly. I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

I am incredibly pleased and happy with Jason Kelly Plumbing. We had an emergency plumber come out after a construction accident who was unable to really help us with the issue that night. He said he'd have to come back and it could be anywhere from $800 to $2500. I wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Jason Kelly Plumbing - Jason & Mike were able to get me in first thing in the morning which I appreciated greatly. They were able to fix the problem without causing any damage to the wall and were very personable and helpful - and not to mention lightyears more affordable than the original quote. Can't say thank you enough to them for saving our butts (and probably my marriage...haha).

My wife and I recently called Hertel Hardware & Plumbing for the first time. The servicemen (C.J. and Jim) were prompt and polite and completed what were two small jobs promptly and efficiently. Costs were reasonable. Their business manager (Sarah) was helpful in obtaining a copy of paperwork. We will definitely call HHP again when we need plumbing repairs.

THEY SAVED ME!!!!! my tenant calls right before Christmas, stating there's a huge backup, all the way into her tub. I couldn't find a plumber to come out the same day due to the holiday. Infinity Plumbing answered the phone at 7 am on a Saturday morning .
Infinity was very friendly on the phone .
Infinity gave a time they would be showing up to unclog my drain and the plumber was early .
Adam Palermo was the plumber and he was very polite and professional.
He unclogged the drain .
We will always use Infinity Plumbing Services from now on .

We had an issue with our sewer line being overtaken by tree roots & had a flooded basement. Although I almost had a heart attack from the price of this project, the team was extremely professional and friendly. They went above & beyond to assist me with the added cost for this project. After the cement crew had left, (which I might mention most plumbing companies do NOT replace your driveway when they have to dig) I did have some issues but after contacting the company, they came out immediately & fixed everything. I would recommend this company for their friendliness & professionalism.

Extremely poor service. He came out to assess a flooded basement and for the next two weeks I placed four calls to his office requesting a call back hoping to hear his assessment and plan to repair. He never called back. His office assistant apologized each time and promised he would call. I finally gave up and had another plumber come out. Truly bizarre
