I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Used Huck's services based on neighbor referrals. My issue was fully resolved in timely manner (and for a reasonable fee as well). While working in the house I mentioned another plumbing matter. Peter took the time to rectify that situation before heading to his next appointment. Cannot go wrong with calling Huck Plumbing.

Very impressed with Hertel Hardware & Plumbing. The main line in my basement was clogged (super gross) and they were able to send a team out right away. Ricky from WNY is the BEST. Some water came from our storm pipe line. We called several companies to come and take a look. Most of these companies have very high google review, such as 5.0, 4.9, etc. One of them gave us a 4k quota and told us we need a new bubbler system; another one gave us a 2k quota and told us one pipe needs to be replaced after sending snake and camera down to the pipe. Ricky came several days ago and told us it is just because the pipe is blocked and he successfully drained it within one hour - saving us lots of money. He is very professional!! Definitely choose WNY when there is a pluming issue next time.

They installed a new Pfizer faucet after exactly 2 years. It is is loose and I requested repair. I was told because I provided the faucet, they were not responsible and when I objected (we have been loyal customers) he hung up on me. Incredibly rude.

Infinity gave a time they would be showing up to unclog my drain and the plumber was early .
Adam Palermo was the plumber and he was very polite and professional.
He unclogged the drain .

Had a leak develope above my kitchen overnight and called them after another company wouldn't be able to make it until eight hours later. I wish I would have waited. After arriving relatively quickly, he went to work trying to find the leak which involved tearing the kitchen ceiling apart to find the pipe. During this time part of the ceiling fell and broke my stove flat top. After making a huge mess, he finally found the leak. But after a few more hours was unable to fix it due to the location and condition of the pipe apparently. So the tech was able to successfully talk me into a complete pipe replacement, which turns out after talking with someone else with years of experience, was a massive rip off. 2600 hundred dollars for one pipe. Even if i hadnt agreed to the work, which if it wasn't three in the morning and I had been thinking clearly I wouldn't have in hindsight, he still would have charged me about 600 hundred for what he called the diagnostic fee of simply finding the leak. So I agreed to the work and the same guy was back about six hours later to do the work. Which involved making a huge mess again without regard to surrounding areas and took all day to accomplish. Which technically he hadn't cause his new line was leaking still in two different places. And he didn't check his work before leaving, cause if he had, he would have been there when a separate pipe burst open after returning water flow to the upstairs bathroom where the new line ended. He was back within minutes of me calling him and telling him what happened. After the new issue was finally fixed. He said he was leaving and if any issues developed to call the company to send someone out cause he was done. One of the connections is still leaking on the new line and I have to wait another day for the company to send someone out to hopefully complete the job. Bottom line recommendation from me is to stay far away from this company. It is a 2600 hundred dollar mistake on my part that I will be paying for for awhile.

Extremely poor service. He came out to assess a flooded basement and for the next two weeks I placed four calls to his office requesting a call back hoping to hear his assessment and plan to repair. He never called back. His office assistant apologized each time and promised he would call. I finally gave up and had another plumber come out. Truly bizarre
