While out of town, our sump pump failed and our basement flooded. Managing this clean-up from afar had its challenges to say the least. When we reached out to Seneca, they could not have been more professional and helpful. They immediately scheduled service to our home and installed a new system in no time. I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter for their hydro jet service in my basement. My housemates clogged up the pipes by flushing flushable wipes down the toilet so I gave Roto-Rooter a call. The person on the other line was very patient with me and I had no problem at all setting up an appointment to get a quote, which was free of charge. A few days later I arranged for the plumber to come again to actually provide the service and he finished within the hour and was very respectful of my space. The whole experience was very good overall, and I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
