Excellent first time experience with Hazlett. Having experienced more than one case of contractors not responding to smaller jobs, it was refreshing to see how Hazlett quickly responded, proactively followed up with texts and got my smaller, non emergency job done 3 days after my initial call. And, the workmanship was excellent.

Called Frank's because I had a squealing shower and my normal plumber was tied up on other jobs for a few weeks and I figured I would give them a shot. Frank's quoted me $1200 and claimed there was a need to replace the shower head, spout, trim handle, and entire valve set. In order to do that they would've needed to cut a hole in the closet of a bedroom behind my shower and that would've been my mess to clean up and resurface. I decided to wait for my plumber, turned out all we needed was a $50 spout. Thank God I waited for my plumber who likes to work for cash and comes on weekdays after work... Never again, never again!
