We had a house full of guests on Thanksgiving and that weekend. After the last guest left late Sunday afternoon, I started laundry and the dishwasher. Much to my dismay, the sewer started backing up into the basement bathroom. I called Roto Rooter and another plumbing service, both of whom told me they were very busy but would put us on their list. A couple of hours later, on a Sunday evening at the end of a holiday weekend, Roto Rooter was the first to arrive. Preston took care of the problem in about an hour. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient despite the late hour and having a very long day. Thank you Preston and Roto Rooter. We were impressed and will definitely be calling again if we find ourselves in the same or similar predicament.

Ben Franklin Plumbing is fantastic. Recently had a gas line routed, by Nathan, for a new stove and he did a terrific job. Super friendly guy, very professional and knocked out the job much quicker than I anticipated. Also, Ben Franklin responded much faster to my inquiry about the job before any other local places did. Some didn’t even bother calling me back. Sticking with Ben Franklin from here on out.

I called to just get an estimate on a plumbing job that I needed done, and he instead gave me free advice on how I could easily do it myself and save $200-$300! They are a wonderful service, and I recommend them to everyone!

Their dispatcher told me she couldn't give me the price for the job I needed done over the phone, which was have my main sewer line augered. So I paid a $30 service charge for them to come out and tell me they wanted over $300 for the job, I paid $100 the next day. To their credit the technician was polite and knowledgeable, and even gave me some advice on what to do after I had the job done, even though I opted out of having them servicing my line.
