Called to get service and no one called me back - very frustrating

Micky showed up early and displayed an excellent work ethic. He completed the required work thoroughly and in a timely manner. He explained everything he did and gave proper expectations of what we we may see in the near future. He was very professional and kept my house clean. If I ever need Roto-Rooters services again I will ask for Micky to be the one who does the work. It is rare to see such a young man do the work fast, correctly, and be so friendly. Thanks Micky!

Just had them come out and replace 3 different faucets! They did a great job, had a tough time getting some old faucets out but stuck with it in some tight quarters. Nice, courteous guys!

Bowers Plumbing, and specifically David McDaniel, are worth every penny. Courteous, knowledgeable, timely, skilled and experts. We bought a house and David was doing some work for us; he’s become our regular (because the house is over 100) and we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend—but not so much that he’s unavailable for us! I’m sure everyone at Bowers is as good as he is.

Matt is awesome! He has fixed my leaky faucets, my garbage disposal, and even found the source of a leak in my basement. He has always been fast, honest, and reliable. I won't ever call anyone else.

Great, knowledgeable, and polite dispatcher, whose name was John. When the Garrett, the technician, got to the house he was also knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after himself instead of tracking in a big mess or leaving a big mess. We just bought this new house in May and it was under warranty but the plumber that was assigned to us was not going to come out for a few days because we called on the weekend. Of course that would not work with a sump pump out and our house having 7 of rain last night. I am so happy they came out in a timely fashion and would highly recommend them and the work they do.

Came on a Sunday to replace a toilet. The service call he said was '$300'. Way more expensive than other plumbers.
