ECK Services was the contractor that responded to my need for electrical wiring R&R in my home. There was some old Knob & Tube wiring in the recently purchased residence. ECK was responsive and followed up with my changes in schedule, which I found helpful showing their persistence in wanting the work. Mr. Anthony Taylor was assigned to correct the electrical wiring needs in the home and I was impressed with his intent to do all that was necessary to safe up my home electrical wiring, including crawling in the tight confines as was necessary. He and a helper were on time to the job, they were professional, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned up the work area upon completion of the work. I plan on using ECK Services for future home electrical needs and will request Anthony Taylor to do the work. We had a house full of guests on Thanksgiving and that weekend. After the last guest left late Sunday afternoon, I started laundry and the dishwasher. Much to my dismay, the sewer started backing up into the basement bathroom. I called Roto Rooter and another plumbing service, both of whom told me they were very busy but would put us on their list. A couple of hours later, on a Sunday evening at the end of a holiday weekend, Roto Rooter was the first to arrive. Preston took care of the problem in about an hour. He was very courteous, friendly and efficient despite the late hour and having a very long day. Thank you Preston and Roto Rooter. We were impressed and will definitely be calling again if we find ourselves in the same or similar predicament.

The work these guys did for me was great! Called me 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know they were on their way, and showed up in a timely manner. They handled my problem quickly and professionally, and at a very reasonable price. I will definetly call them in the future for any plumbing problems I may have!!

Cody-man who serviced my garage door did a great job. He communicated with me to keep me updated on his arrival to my house. His actions showed me that he is a good worker and gets things done. I appreciated that even though it was late in the day, Cody was still able to commit to fixing my door.I was a bit surprised regarding the cost to do general maintenance on my garage door but this doesn't reflect on Cody but with the company.

I recently had my water heater replaced by Joseph Plumbing and can attest to their efficient professional work in replacing my unit. I did not have a water leakage or emergent situation but considering it was the original water heater put in the condo and had some corrosion at the base I decided to have it replaced. I first went and priced the water heater. I then called other well known plumbing companies. After getting their quotes I called Joseph Plumbing and was pleased with their reasonable quote and even more pleased with how quickly and professionally they worked and even hauled away my old unit, something the other well known company did not include in their quoted price. I readily recommend this company for water heating related work and will refer them to my friends who may need this work.
