Best Water Supply Line in Boston MA

I left a message with T Flow this morning for a leaky faucet - Matt called me back within 10 minutes, and then helped me fix the faucet over the phone because they couldn’t come for a few days. He was extremely helpful and kind, and I wasn’t even an existing customer! Won’t hesitate to call them again next time.

Power Plumbing has handled all my plumbing needs over the last 15 years. They are very responsive, fast workers, they know their craft. Their pricing is very reasonable.

They came to my house immediately to inspect the work needed, and they came back later in the day to do the job but I had to ask them to do it another day to run the details of the repair by the person buying my house. They understood and came back on my next day off of work and did the job perfectly. Immediate response and flexible scheduling.

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

I called WMF to clear mold at my home. They sent me their crew and they were all very attentive, polite, efficient, helpful and did what they said. It was excellent. I would use them every time I have to.

Last night we tried to install a toilet. The shut off valve broke behind the wall pouring water down the walls and into the basement. I was able to get it to stop, but had no water in the house anymore. I called Roto-Rooter at midnight, and they were able to send me someone today early in the AM. He cut a hole in the wall, saving most of our tiles and fixed the problem in roughly 2 hours. Josh was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and was friendly to my dogs (always a plus). I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
