Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Bottom line = stay away from this company, super unprofessional, unresponsive, and poor quality.

1. Seemed like sump pump wasn't working in our basement
2. Called McMahon plumbing
3. McMahon plumber visited and said sump pump was working fine
4. McMahon plumber replaced $8 valve without authorization and charged us $350
5. McMahon office did not respond to phone, email, or web contact outreach to resolve
6. Seems like sump pump still isn't working
7. Called Alewife Co.
8. Alewife plumber visited and diagnosed sump pump as broken
9. Alewife plumber replaced entire sump pump in 30 mins
10. Alewife Co. charged $300 total
11. Everything is working great

We had a problem with our sink and toilet and the plumber sent over was fast and amazing!

We were without heat and hot water and Winters was totally accommodating in arranging for someone to come out promptly, diagnose the problem and fix it. Brian was terrific. He was totally professional, competent, explaining to me the problem, figuring out the costs, locating the replacement parts needed, doing the installation, and checking to be sure that everything worked as it was supposed. I would completely recommend Brian Falasca for service and repair.

Drew and Peter were amazing and are definitely stars in my book! They were referred to us by our plumber because our plumber wasn't available. I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend them!

Don’t call they charged $150 for 10 mins. Flooded bathroom and said I needed a plumber!

Brendan, the service technician showed up exactly at the time he said he would (a rarity these days), he was very professional, answered all my questions and besides fixing the problem, there was no mess left behind for me to clean up. I have used this company in the past, will continue to use it in the future. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
