Used this firm for many, many years. Great staff.

I needed help correcting the draft on the flue of my water heater. I called other locations and they didn't understand what I was talking about, but when I called McMahon, the woman who picked up was friendly and was able to get me a tech within the same morning. When the tech came, he was professional and courteous; he remained extremely communicative about what he was doing, and how he was doing it. He was also very patient when I asked a barrage of questions regarding other services. Would recommend for a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Our Boston row house suffered a damaged sewer pipe (lateral -perpendicular to street).
We consulted about 1/2 dozen contractors based upon the BWSC's list of bonded companies.

A number of the companies really diagnosed the situation poorly. They came by, took a quick peak, and left. A couple companies scoped (camera) the pipe but still came up with inappropriate or incomplete plans to fix the problem.

Tico and his crew spent far longer analyzing the situation. They came up with a straight forward and complete plan. The price was on the lower end of all the quotes we received.

On the scheduled repair day, they arrived on time and got to work. They performed like a well oiled machine. The excavations, new pipe, and covering up of the dig sites moved forward efficiently. The BWSC inspector had no issues with their work. Tico even blew dust off of cars parked in the vicinity!

Yeah, initially we had difficulty contacting Hercules and getting a reply. And yes the job itself was scheduled on short notice. But IMO, you gotta be nuts to hire anyone else for this kind of job.

Called for our first HVAC system inspection. Jeff came out and did a light inspection. Explained that it was too early to do more (system is just three years old), and did not charge us. Kindly explained the system to me, how to know when the filters need to be changed and how to care for the condensers during the winter. Highly recommended.

My kitchen sink was clogged along with disposal not working. Called Drain Stars. My call was answered after 2 rings. Very impressive. That was a strong indication that this company is reliable and professional. I explained my situation. The gentleman who answered my call took all my information and told me someone will call me back within an hour. 1 hour later I received a call from a man named Andrew. He was extremely polite and professional. I went over the concerns one more time with him. He was at my place within 1 hour. That was also extremely impressive. He was very cautious of the covid 19 situation. He put me at ease right away with his professionalism. He diagnosed my concerns and explained very clearly what needed to be done. We agreed on a very fair price and 30 minutes later my sink and disposal was up and working. Andrew throughly cleaned up the work area and was on his way. This by far was the best and easiest experience I have ever had with a drain service company. I strongly recommend Drain Stars

I am writing this review today, because I want to share with everyone my experience with plumbing issues... First thing to do is call Rapid Flow...!!!
Had Cranney Plumbing first, bottom line they said they couldn't help me and referred me to the city for sewerage probs... City responded promptly since I couldn't use my water nor my toilets... They informed me that it was not an issue on their part, that the blockage was from my house to the main sewer line... The cost to do this was more that I could handle... I was in shock... The City referred me to Rapid Flow... I reached out to them, and they sent Peter right away, (great guy...!!). Peter fixed my problem within 20 minutes...!!! Peter was so friendly, and very knowledgeable...!! He is the best...!! And the cost, was 1/2 of the cost of what Cranney Plumbing was originally charging me, and couldn't accomplish... Kudos to you, Peter...!!

On today's date, we had an emergency at our home concerning a blockage in our drain. We were a family of 6 enjoying our long weekend when this occurred and needed assistance as soon as possible. Fortunately, Charles came to the rescue Monday morning. He was very honest and professional. During the job, he was considerate in keeping the area he was working under very clean. If you ever need someone who you can rely on, use his ID number 4936.

There was a ongoing plumbing problem. They came promptly and fixed the issue. There was no extra charge to me. A follow up call from the owner also. Thank you. I will use this company in the future.
