Matt did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Our water heater broke on Sunday. Drew and Matt was able to reply me right away. Even though we didn’t perform the job on Sunday since it would require two people to do it. They came first thing on Monday morning and they got it replace so fast within half hour. They are very nice and professional and we will use them again for sure! We highly recommend this company.

Home ownership is so much less trouble when you have contractors you can count on. Tony helped us out months ago when our system backed up, and now the drains do truly flow, and better than ever. At that time I was thinking that Tony would be the kind of guy who would be great for managing a new installation because of his attention to detail and willingness (and extensive knowledge) to work with cantankerous old houses such as mine (1931). So I was not disappointed when Tony and his able assistant finagled a new sink into a new counter that we had installed over old cabinets. I was fascinated with the whole process, especially given that the metal cabinets intruded into the sink space. They made it work, they made it secure, and they didn't bend anything. I'm planning the next project already (replacing separate hot and cold taps on a wonderful old sink with a single mixing tap on one side and soap dispenser on the other).

I have a sink in my basement that the washer empties into. It has gotten clogged 3 times before that I had to get it cleared. It usually cost about $500 and made a mess. The Drain Guy was in and out in minutes, cleaned up after himself, and only charged $175.00. Can't be beat.

I had a poorly installed Navien combi water heater that came with the apartment that kept producing errors. Simon diagnosed the problem, discovered which parts could be replaced under warranty, and performed the repair with courtesy, transparency, and efficiency. He also helped me evaluate whether the repair was a better option than replacement. I found High Quality Plumbing on the Navien website as a certified installer, and will absolutely be calling them for future maintenance.

This is my second time using Morisset Plumbing. Tony does excellent work. He is reliable, pleasant and professional. I won't hesitate to use his services again.
