Drain stars were incredible. We had a serious main line sewer issue that only Andy was able to take care of after 2 other service providers showed up and failed. Andy’s technology is second to none and was necessary to unclog the drain. Further, he knew it was an emergency and came out on a Sunday. He was easy to work with, timely, and was happy to walk me through the process.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee.
