We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

I used TJ Sillari for the first time. I am very content about the services I received from them. They are responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They showed up on time and pointed to the root cause of the the issue I had with my steam boiler and fixed it. They have my business and I recommend them without reservation!

I had a leaking indirect water tank that was under warranty, but the original installer wanted a ridiculous amount to replace it so I called Greg. I used him in the past and had a great experience so called him again. He took care of dealing with the warranty and let me know when the new tank was available. The next day he had his team over to replace it and was done in two hours. I recommend Vaughan Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

Jim did an excellent work on removing the kitchen garbage disposal and connecting a new pipe to the sink. Very efficient, work well done and the kitchen and under the sink were left super clean! I will definitely keep Jim as our plumber from now on.

Five-star experience in every respect. Called Irfan on a Sunday to inquire about disconnect of an old gas stove and installation of a new one being delivered the following weekend. He called me back within 15 minutes and confirmed an appointment. He arrived on time for the disconnect and reconnect appointments, explained the work that was necessary, suggested an improvement to the configuration of the gas line/shutoff behind the stove, and was very friendly and professional throughout. He took all of the quirky aspects of the 125+ year-old building in stride and also helped me take a look at some other plumbing issues we plan to address in the near future. Just had valves replaced and a new faucet installed. Tenzin did a great job! He was friendly and professional, made sure to explain what he was doing, and had everything finished quickly. Very happy with the service and would definitely hire Big Blue again.
