Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

So, we all know plumbing emergencies alway happen on holiday weekends, right? Of course! We lost our hot water Friday night. Spent hours Sat leaving messages with answering services, waiting for callbacks.. UNTIL we found Jay at Aaron Plumbing, who ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE and asked detailed questions about our situation. He and his father came out the next day and took care of us. That's the bottom line: they were responsive, and took care of us. Highly recommended.

Tom and his team are nothing but professionals. Prompt to answer my calls and messages, clean workers and did the job right the first time.

Tom took care of my laundry installation, new hot water piping, new hose spigots, new gas lines for my range and dryer and all new plumbing for my kitchen sink, dishwasher and disposal.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

I have had last minute 'emergency' plumbing issues at my house. The response time was excellent, and the workers were courteous and efficient.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Jim is great. I found him a few years ago when I needed to replace my furnace. Since then I have used him to replace my water heater and to hook up my new stove to the gas lines. My neighbors have used him too to replace their furnace. They also think he is great. Recently, in inspecting our furnaces, he detected and alerted us to other problems in our building that needed to be fixed. He responds quickly. His work is excellent. He is very professional. His prices are reasonable.
I very strongly recommend him to anybody.
