Ernie at Metro Boston Plumbing did great work for us. He tore out our old bathtub, tile, and piping, and installed a new, jetted tub and surround, piping and fixtures, as well as some sheetrock surround. It required multiple visits, which he cheerfully did. He fixed other plumbing as well! Ernie is reliable, timely, and kept the area clean and did great work! He really went above and beyond for us. Michel from this company came to my house and converted oil to a gas system. He did a very good job Michel is very honest and his prices are fair I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends he is very hard working if can give him 7 stars I would and I am very satisfied with his work and he is very fast.

My 14 year old water heater started leaking rusty water from the bottom. I knew the moment had arrived that most homeowners dread, it was time to get my water heater replaced. I gave Cardarelli Plumbing a call. Joe responded right away, had me send some pictures of the heater over, gave me a price quote & said he could send someone out the next day to have it replaced.

Sean & Jordan completed the installation. They were both very personable, professional & knowledgeable. They also made sure that my pets didnt try and escape while they were in and out of my basement, which I really appreciated. They had the water heater in within 2 hours and went on their way.

No homeowner likes to replace their water heater, but these guys made the experience much more tolerable. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues I come across.

We found Rich when we were looking to replace our ancient oil heating with a natural gas system.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

I bought a mobile home and found out afterwards that all of the pipes had frozen and split. Every pipe in the house needed to be replaced. The pipes could not be accessed from underneath because there was only 8 of space below the unit. I called Brandano and they came out and came up with a plan to make a trench in the floor rather than try to fish from underneath. I was a panicked mess but Brandano's crew came in and cut the trenches, drilled the holes, fished the new pipes and replaced the flooring over the trench. For what they did I think the price was reasonable because to me it was a huge job. They completed the entire project in two days including finished faucets and a brand new hot water heater. Overall I am not only impressed I am very pleased at the rate they put this home back together. I can relax now.
