Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

I have just retired and in the process of updating some major appliances. I called True Blue for a quote on a new heating system. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and returning messages, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. The new system looks great and we just got a gas bill and it was almost half of what we were paying. I expected the new system to run better than the old one what I didn't expect was the attentiveness after it was put in. After the appointment, Steve called us to see how everything was running. They took the time to answer my questions. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing & Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. I found Rich on Angie's List and gave him a call because the reviews he had were so good. I left him a message and he called me right back and we made an appointment for later that evening. Rich was there on time and was extremely nice and informative on my extremely old boiler system, water heater and the oil to gas conversion that was going to take place. Rich then sent me a quote in the mail which wasn't the cheapest but far from the most expensive that I had received and we decided that he was the best guy for the job. Prior to starting the job my husband and I noticed that one of our radiators started leaking and another was extremely loud. Therefore, I called Rich and he came out within a half hour and remedied the problem. When he came to start the job he was always dependable and willing to answer any questions. Rich was so personable that my husband and I looked forward to getting home and having small talk with him. One Saturday he came to do some work and brought my husband and I some AMAZING scones that he gets from one of his other clients and let me just say, they were to DIE for. How many people can say that they got breakfast from their plumber and above that enjoyed having them around?! As far as Rich's work is concerned, the boiler and water heater came out beautifully, when you have steam heat it truly is an art form and Rich is quite the artist. Our basement was literally cleaner when he left then it was when he came in. Needless to say, Rich will be the guy I call with all my plumbing issues.

They replaced a section of cast-iron drain pipe. There is always a chance of things going bad when cutting cast iron. They warned me that in a worst-case scenario, the rest of the pipe could crack and my costs would double or triple. That worst-case scenario did not happen! They finished the work much more quickly than expected. I would use this company again.

I used Cardarelli pluming for my recent oil to gas conversion. Joe and his guys were great and I highly recommend their services. It’s evident by the finished product that Joe takes great pride in what he does.

They charged me $500 for an estimate that was double what it cost for someone else to do the job...stay away from them!
