I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). I recommend them.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency over the Easter holiday. Nobody else would come out to help me. These guys guys did, even though I lived well beyond their usual service area. They took care of the problem with professionalism and left everything clean, tidy and (most importantly) functional. In the end, the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

We've had Jim work on our kitchen sink and on our toilet. Both times service was very quick and professional. Would recommend.

A little pricey but the repair man they sent, Joe C., was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to install our sink to our liking. We would definitely use them again.

Yakov and the team at Plumbing Solutions were great. They were responsive and very flexible with scheduling and on time. He did a terrific job changing out a gross old toilet which was the initial ask. I threw in an “oh by the way” for a drain on our sink which turned out being a way bigger ask than I thought. He was not only willing to do it but went out of the way to do the job right leveling the vanity and securing it to the wall without an additional charge. In his mind that had to be done to safely do the plumbing g work and I’m so glad he spoke up and advocated for it to be done. We will undoubtedly go back to them with our next plumbing need—planned or otherwise.
